This has been receiving the attention of the whole community. The results showed that HRM (including attracting, training and developing, maintaining humSan resources) and educational innovation (including decentralization, socialization of education, integration) have a positive influence on both organizational satisfaction and organizational commitment. Satisfaction also has a positive influence on employees' organizational commitment.
