The results showed that HRM (including attracting, training and developing, maintaining humSan resources) and educational innovation (including decentralization, socialization of education, integration) have a positive influence on both organizational satisfaction and organizational commitment. Satisfaction also has a positive influence on employees' organizational commitment. 摘要

越南的高等教育正处于一个自主、各方面自我负责的时期,在教育创新的背景下,人力资源管理(HRM)增加了对员工组织的承诺。这已经引起了整个社会的关注。结果表明,人力资源管理(包括吸引、培训和开发、维护人力资源)和教育创新(包括分权化、教育社会化、整合化)对组织满意度和组织承诺均有正向影响。满意度对员工的组织承诺也有正向影响。这一结果为越南西贡国际大学(SIU)领导层提出一些治理建议奠定了基础。
