В статье отмечается роль систематического мониторинга состояния строительных конструкций в предотвращении критических ситуаций, способствующих разрушению строения. Выделяются методы, применяемые для оценки состояния конструкций и их элементов, обозначается все более растущее значение современных цифровых технологий и инструментов в вопросах обеспечения безопасности и долговечности зданий и сооружений. The article notes the role of systematic monitoring of the state of building structures in preventing critical situations that contribute to the destruction of the structure. The methods used to assess the state of structures and their elements are highlighted, the increasing importance of modern digital technologies and tools in ensuring the safety and durability of buildings and structures is indicated.
