The basic relations for the analysis of the autodyne response are obtained under the condition of asynchronous external influence when the oscillator is in the regime of quasi-harmonic beats. The signal characteristics of the autodyne were calculated. Experimental data were obtained on the Ka-band Gunn-diode oscillator.
