In this OIS networks which supporting 3G, four different classes of service traffic is introduced to meet the demand of 3G. We construct architecture of WDM OIS ring network which utilizes M-token signaling scheme. In the M-token access protocol, the token can be captured according to the service class. The performance is analyzed by simulation.
