摘要

配电变电站优化选址后,配电馈线规划仍是配电系统规划中的主要问题。为此,提出了一种基于mst的配电网优化规划新算法。为了减少计算时间和避免不可行解,引入了两个新的算子来保证所有个体都是可行解。同时,采用配电网结构与馈线截面积选择同步优化模型处理最小成本系统树的权重问题。这种组合编码保证了解向全局最优解的有效性。最后,通过一个中压配电网实例对该方法进行了验证。
