摘要

针对某金属波纹软管在使用过程中出现的泄漏,进行了故障定位和机理分析,并提出了改进措施。分析认为,失效的主要原因是未考虑长时间振动和运输条件的影响,导致波纹软管选型不当。金属波纹软管在布置过程中,由于没有设计好有效弯曲半径和结合点,导致波纹软管受力过大,最终产生疲劳开裂。通过对胶管的生产过程和工作条件的分析,找出了主要失效因素。通过对金属波纹软管批量成型和安装状态的优化,解决了金属波纹软管长时间使用后的泄漏失效问题。
