In this study, 83 samples were used and the data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis  tool used is Multiple Linear Regression. The result of the study conclude that partially Agility has no significant effect on Learning Achievement, partial Passion has a significant effect on Learning Achievement, while simultaneously Agility and Passion have a significant effect on Learning Achievement. 摘要

本研究的目的是衡量敏捷性和激情对学习成就的影响。敏捷性问题在管理领域的研究很少,而激情仍然是相对较少的研究,所以研究人员对这个题目很感兴趣。本研究共使用83个样本,采用问卷调查的方式收集数据。使用的数据分析工具是多元线性回归。研究结果表明,部分敏捷性对学习成就无显著影响,部分激情性对学习成就有显著影响,而敏捷性和激情性同时对学习成就有显著影响。本研究开发了一个面向工业革命4.0的提高学生学习成绩的模型
