摘要

在非道路车辆传动系统中,输入轴轴承总是存在早期损伤。利用Romax软件建立齿轮箱仿真模型。基于所有轴轴承的不同载荷谱和调整轴承损伤率预测方法(代替ISO 281),对滚动轴承进行了模拟,并与轴承的实际使用状态进行了比较,结果表明,由于飞轮的振动、输入轴弯曲等原因,与发动机飞轮连接的两个输入轴轴承的内滚道都出现了早期微动磨损和失效。在对该失效进行深入研究后,提出了输入轴轴承微动磨损机理模型,为基于调整法损伤率的轴承评估与设计提供了理论参考。
