This was conducted in Brgy. Pio, Model Community, Porac, Pampanga. Respondents chosen for the study have been composed of parents (25 yrs. old and above) who are active in managing finances for their household needs. Respondents have been observed and interviewed using the self-administered guide questionnaires.
