The measurement costs were taken into account in the cost model. To sort out the parameter values of the initial support devices, make them dimensionless, and select parameters that they are cost-related and do not have multiple collinearity. The remaining parameters were used to construct the life cycle cost estimation model of support device. In terms of efficiency, the calculation methods of the utilization rate and the satisfaction rate were given, and allocative efficiency is taken as the evaluation index. The cost-efficiency model is established to determine whether the intensification is feasible.
