This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work stress on employee job satisfaction at PG Pesantren Baru Kediri. This research method is a quantitative method with a causal approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested using data quality tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all permanent employees at PG. 摘要
Pesantren Baru Kediri糖厂是一家从事糖业的公司,从事甘蔗碾磨(制糖),是区域和国家经济的火车头。本研究旨在确定PG Pesantren Baru Kediri的工作环境和工作压力对员工工作满意度的影响。本研究方法是一种带有因果关系的定量方法。使用问卷收集数据的技术,这些问卷已经过数据质量检验、经典假设检验和多元线性回归分析的检验。本研究的人群均为PG. Pesantren Baru Kediri的正式员工,共195名员工。本研究的样本为13名员工,采用简单随机抽样技术,采用样本量公式Sugiyono(2017)。结果表明:(1)工作环境对员工工作满意度有部分影响(2)工作压力对员工工作满意度有部分影响(3)工作环境和工作压力同时影响PG Pesantren Baru Kediri员工的工作满意度。关键词:工作环境;工作压力;工作满意度
