摘要

家庭是向所有家庭成员提供支持的一个重要因素，特别是对有工作的妻子。家庭的支持将增加所有家庭成员进行所有活动的自信和动力。本研究的目的是确定家庭对在印尼棉兰工作的妻子的支持。本研究采用描述性设计，研究人群为在棉兰工作的妻子，研究样本数量为180个样本，采用整群抽样的概率抽样方法。结果表明，家庭支持在赞赏方面表现为良好范畴，情感支持表现为良好范畴，信息支持表现为充分范畴，工具支持表现为良好范畴。本研究可望成为进一步研究职业妇女家庭支持的初步参考资料。
