摘要

配电网规划综合评价是一个复杂系统中的多因素决策问题。结合配电网规划的影响因素,提出了一种新的综合评价方法——分析网络过程(ANP)。考虑各指标之间的相互影响和制约,运用该理论建立了配电网规划的综合评价模型。该方法克服了传统层次分析法中各指标相互独立的不足,通过超矩阵计算得到更合理的实际指标权重。为验证该方法的有效性,给出了配电网规划测试评估的实例。结果证实了ANP在配电网规划评价问题中的可行性和合理性。
