A fully automatic calibration device for the main substation thermostat is designed, including the inspected thermostat, constant temperature oil tank, calibrator, and graphic conversion device, which realizes the device to automatically complete the testing of substation-related devices. By designing the communication serial port of the device and developing the corresponding device on the cloud, the software and hardware are well integrated. 摘要

主变温仪到目前为止还没有实现自动检测功能,耗费了很大的人力和资金成本。本文的创新之处在于实现了主变温器的全自动智能检测。构建智能检测设备远程控制系统,包括检测设备后台远程监控管理系统、检测设备移动端APP、接收端APP、检测报告界面应用服务,实现远程管理和查看报告功能。设计了一种变电站主温控器全自动校准装置,包括被检温控器、恒温油箱、校准器、图形转换装置,实现了该装置自动完成变电站相关设备的检测。通过设计设备的通信串口,并在云端开发相应的设备,实现了软硬件的良好集成。该技术方案提高了检测设备的周转率和利用率,增强了检测设备的综合管理能力。
