摘要

本文对建立气象科学数据共享服务体系所涉及的系统集成和数据安全保障技术进行了研究,提出了逻辑集中分布存储数据结构模型和信息安全保障体系结构,并采用分布式数据库技术、基于XML的WEB服务技术解决了跨地区、跨部门的数据共享和异构信息系统集成等问题。实践结果表明,该系统的应用可以为青海省气象业务和相关科学研究提供统一的气象数据资源共享和服务,提高工作效率。
