SRC structure is main structural types of tall residential building at the initial stage of domestic tall residential building, but RC structure is substituted for main structural types since 2005. Retaining wall system is positioned at the core part of structural plan as a lateral load resisting system. Concrete strength zoning of vertical members like columns are divided by vertical heights of lower parts, middle parts, and upper parts. 摘要

在本研究中,对国内高层住宅的结构类型、层数、总高度、抗侧载系统类型和混凝土强度分区进行了调查。在这些调查数据的基础上,分析了高层住宅的结构规划模式。在我国高层住宅发展初期,钢筋混凝土结构是高层住宅的主要结构形式,2005年以后,钢筋混凝土结构逐渐取代了高层住宅的主要结构形式。挡土墙体系作为一种抗侧力体系,位于结构平面的核心部分。柱等垂直构件的混凝土强度分区按下部、中部、上部垂直高度划分。通过案例调查,提出了40层和60层住宅结构规划的基本数据。
