摘要

比较数字技术相对于传统鞋类设计和制造的优势,并分析其对鞋类设计和工艺的影响。利用计算机辅助设计可以降低鞋类产品设计过程中的错误率,提高再现性和准确性;虚拟样机技术,取代了产品的物理样机,先进的仿真技术缩短了生产周期;脚部数据采集采用3D扫描技术,使鞋楦数据更加准确,更能满足“人机”要求。鞋的模型制作采用增材制造技术,提高模具精度,弥补传统制鞋方法的不足。尝试通过数字化技术改变制鞋业的设计制造方式,进而提高制鞋业的设计制造水平。期望为中国制鞋业和鞋类设计制造的转型提供新的思路,并为后续数字技术下鞋类设计的研究提供方法论和理论基础。
