The aim is to present the possibilities of implementation of selected solutions in an enterprise which is the subject of the study. The article puts forward the essential concept of Lean Management. It contains information concerning, among other things, the specifics of this concept, the benefits of its implementation in an enterprise, and expenditure to be incurred in order to begin its practice. The paper presents selected, and at the same, basic tools used in Lean Management and includes practical aspects of the application of Lean Management in an enterprise with non-series process.
