Vector control of PWM rectifier - inverter fed induction machine - a comparison
Two control methods of adjustable speed drives (ASD) with PWM rectifier on the input and induction motor on the output are compared in the paper. The aim of the paper was to give a comparison between VFOC/IFOC vs DPC- SVM/DTC-SVM. It can be concluded that the whole perform- ance of the two schemes is comparable. However, DPC- SVM/DTC-SVM seems to be more universal, and gives better results in steady state as well as in transient.
