The most important consideration is to monitor the level of the ink in the ink tray and reservoir. Because in most of the tex cone manufacturing industries, although all the processes of tex cone manufacturing take place automatically, the printing at the edges of the end product is held manually. So, there is a need to ensure the availability of the ink. Once printed wrongly or printed without sufficient ink, the cone will be wasted. Which cost around 3 to 5 Rs per cone. In order to overcome this the suggested model has been developed. The model is created to automate and monitor the ink level.
