摘要

员工职业满意度是组织需要管理的一个重要因素。本研究旨在探讨职业管理行为在组织支持职业发展和主动性人格对职业满意度的影响中所起的中介作用。这种类型的研究是定量研究。本研究使用的人群均为PT Barito Putera的员工,共44人。本研究在抽样中使用普查技术。而分析技术是在SmartPLS3软件的帮助下使用偏最小二乘(PLS)。本研究结果表明,职业生涯管理行为可以中介主动性人格和组织职业发展支持对职业满意度的影响。

The Effect Of Proactive Personality and Organizational Support For Career Development On Career Satisfaction
