摘要

本研究的目的在于找出并分析显著性工作能力对碧玛县住房安置办公室员工工作绩效的影响。使用的研究类型是关联的,有68个受访者的样本。使用的抽样技术是有目的的抽样。使用李克特量表问卷收集数据。采用的数据分析方法有效度检验、信度检验、简单线性回归、简单相关、决定检验和t检验(两方)。本研究结果表明,在毕马县住房安置办公室,工作能力对工作绩效没有显著影响,其t值为1.356,小于t表值1.996(1.356 0.05)。
