随着设备维修理论和技术的蓬勃发展,人们对设备维修的新管理模式和手段——预测与健康管理理论越来越重视,健康评估是其中的关键步骤之一。首先,分析了健康评价的内涵;其次,对设备健康状况分类进行了探讨;最后,结合设备特点,选择灰色系统理论对设备健康状况进行评估,分析了灰色白化权值聚类的基本原理,建立了基于中心点三角形白化权函数的设备健康评估模型,在设备健康评估领域进行了尝试。
