摘要

冷热联产微电网通过对分布式电源的综合管理,既提高了可再生能源利用效率,减少了环境污染,又保证了系统的稳定性。基于各微源的不确定性和微网结构的复杂性,提出了一种基于日前初始负荷需求、电价激励和用户侧用电舒适性的实时综合电力需求优化模型。采用基于遗传算法的多目标优化算法,实现了负荷从峰向非峰的转移。结果表明,该模型使负荷需求曲线明显平滑,各微源输出相对平衡,证明了该模型的科学性和有效性。
