We also look upon the important role played by the graphic project and illustrations in this book. hus, we address in our analysis the collaboration between two important British authors: the writer Neil Gaiman and the illustrator Chris Riddell. We prioritize as theoretical reference for this study the research made on illustration and graphical project of children books by Nikolajeva e Scott, Moraes, Linden , Ramos. We also employ the studies of fairy tales by Betelheim, Coelho, Corso e Corso.
