It is proved that in local electrical systems: there are possible modes when the voltage on the 0.4 kV bus of consumers can be outside the normalized values; almost without limiting the generation of active power SEP and regulating reactive power SPP is the ability to regulate the voltage on 0.4 kV tires consumers, to prevent excess normalized voltage deviations.
