摘要

随着互联网技术和多媒体信息的飞速发展,多媒体数据尤其是视频数据已经成为人们日常生活中获取信息的重要方式之一。然而,如何从海量视频数据中高效、快速地提取用户所需的信息已成为一个科学难题。多年来在视频检索领域的研究表明,科学合理地使用关键帧提取技术,可以减少视频检索过程中产生的数据量,节省视频处理的时间,提高工作效率。传统的关键帧提取技术对视频分辨率要求很高。对于低质量状态下涉及隐私保护的视频,现有文献大多没有针对性的解决方案。本文提出了一种基于亲和性传播的低质量视频数据关键帧提取算法。
