The proposed voltage reference circuit has been designed and simulated in a standard 0.18-μm CMOS technology. Post layout simulation results show that it is capable of operating with supply voltages down to 0.7 V while generating an output voltage of 202 mV. The achieved temperature coefficient is 54 ppm/°C for temperatures ranging from 0 to 100 °C.
