The coatings were deposited by dip-coating technique on glass substrates from a polymeric solutions, pseudo-ternary phase diagram were used to outline the regions of stability of the Ti(OC4H9)4-C2H5OH-H2O-HAC and Ti(OC4H9)4-GPTMS-C2H5OH-H2O-HAC system respectively. It was found that the stability of the system depend on the compositions, especially the molar ratio of [H2O]/[Ti(OC4H9)4].
