摘要

根据级联故障发生发展的物理过程,结合事件各阶段的概率特征,建立了电网级联故障的概率分析方法,可对级联故障各环节进行详细的概率描述。其基本思想是:模拟并寻找级联故障发展的可能路径,从初始故障发生到判断满足终止约束。同时,根据事件的先验统计概率,建立仿真来确定路径。针对IEEE 39总线测试系统,采用这些指标对级联故障进行风险评估,找出电力系统的薄弱环节。进一步对提高电力系统运行可靠性具有一定的指导意义。
