Improving the accuracy of near-field antenna measurements using time–gating techniques
This paper describes how the gated time – domain technique can be utilized to effectively reduce a number of error sources affecting the accuracy of NF antenna measurements. The necessary conditions are derived for the technique application in Planar and Spherical Near–Field measurements. The technique implementation and practical applications are discussed as well.
