It is established that the solution of the problem of minimizing the influence of the storage pond within the natural geographical stage is possible by optimizing the functioning of the natural-man-made system «mine-storage pond-natural watercourses». The management of the functioning of this system involves the regulation of the volume of discharge of highly mineralized water in accordance with the hydrological and hydrochemical features of natural watercourses. The optimization problem is solved by: creating a specialized bank of hydroecological data; developing an expert system of normative indicators, taking into account the criteria for their evaluation; constructing optimization mathematical models to describe the main laws of the functioning of the system under consideration. 摘要

本文致力于发展一种建设性的地理方法,以参考某一特定大水道的实际情况,调节河流流域内储水池排放水的影响。通过优化“矿山-储池-天然水道”这一自然-人造系统的功能,可以解决在自然地理阶段内最大限度地减少储池影响的问题。管理这一系统的功能涉及根据天然水道的水文和水化学特征调节高矿化水的排水量。解决优化问题的方法是:建立专门的水文生态数据库;考虑到评价标准,制订一个规范指标专家系统;构建优化数学模型来描述所考虑的系统功能的主要规律。将这些结构组合成一个广义信息和专家系统,用于评价水库水对流域地表水状态的影响
