Data collection techniques used interview and survey methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using the SPSS 21 program. This research used descriptive and causal analysis. 摘要

本研究的目的是:分析发现1)印尼塔斯彭(Persero)公司对工作压力、工作生活平衡、员工工作满意度的描述,2)印尼塔斯彭(Persero)公司工作压力对员工工作满意度的影响,3)印尼塔斯彭(Persero)公司工作生活平衡对员工工作满意度的影响,4)印尼塔斯彭(Persero)公司工作压力和工作生活平衡预测员工工作满意度的研究模型。本研究以印尼PT Taspen (Persero)公司199名员工为研究对象。数据收集技术采用访谈和调查方法,通过分发问卷,然后使用SPSS 21程序进行处理。本研究采用描述性分析和因果分析相结合的方法。回归结果表明,工作压力对员工工作满意度存在负向显著影响,工作与生活平衡对员工工作满意度存在正向显著影响。
