Insufficient forwarding nodes and network congestion can both bring severe degradation to the performance of routing protocols in VANETs. In this paper, we propose an adaptive strategy based on the combination of these two situation and then apply this strategy to Location-Aided Routing (LAR) protocol to keep the routing performance from degradation. In the adaptive strategy we use the Multiple Attribute Decision Making (MADM) to establish the control function which can accommodate message transmission to the circumstances dynamically. 摘要
