This article focuses on two impact-factors of personnel and organization, which mostly influnce the performance in refined safety management in the coal industry, and proposed a new method of comprehensive evaluating that based on fuzzy mathematics according to the related data analysis of Yanghe Coal Industry and Xinmin Coal Industry. 在管理过程中,许多概念和方法作为人类最主要的思想和语言,具有模糊的概念,因此可以适应基于模糊数学的管理定量操作。本文针对煤炭行业精细化安全管理中对绩效影响最大的人员和组织两个影响因素,通过对洋河煤业和新民煤业相关数据的分析,提出了一种基于模糊数学的综合评价方法。该方法可以帮助我们对煤炭精细化安全管理绩效进行定量分析和决策,促进中国煤炭企业的安全绩效。
