In the study, we present four main emerging impact aspects of teachers' SEC including teachers' well-being and career motivation, teacher-student relationship, classroom management, and the effectiveness of SEL implementation. The article gives some recommendations for teacher education regarding SEC issue in Vietnam as well. 摘要

近二十年来,越来越多的研究强调教师的社会能力和情感能力在其教学绩效中的核心作用。尽管如此,关注教师社会和情感能力发展并将其融入教师教育的项目还不够多。在越南尤其如此,因为社会和情感能力(SEC)和社会和情感学习(SEL)的概念是相当新的。在本研究中,我们提出了教师自我体验的四个主要影响方面,包括教师幸福感和职业动机、师生关系、课堂管理和SEL实施的有效性。文章还对越南的教师教育提出了一些建议。这些建议将有助于制定一种新的教师教育方法,以满足该国2020年颁布的新通识教育课程的要求。
