On the models of a class of programmable neural oscillator cell
In this paper, the author develops the hysteresis neural-type oscillator theory which was proposed by R.W. Newcomb et. al. (1983), and introduces three models of a programmable neural-type oscillator. The frequency characteristics of these models are analyzed.<>
