This comes based on system quality, information quality, and service quality. This study uses the Structural Equations Modelling (SEM) via SmartPLS 3.0 to analyze the 355 valid questionnaires in order to assess the proposed model that is based on Delone & Mclean information system success model to identify factors affecting smart government usage among employees in Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in the United Arab Emirates. The main independent constructs in the model cover system quality, information quality, and service quality. The dependent construct is related to actual usage of smart government services. The study will describe the relationships between different related factors. This research has improved our insight on the importance of technology characteristics of smart government applications. Results indicated that all independent variables significantly influenced actual usage.
