One is that the streamer discharge proceeds on the surface of the droplets of water. Another pattern is that the streamer discharge proceeds in inside of the water droplets. If the streamer discharge proceeds on the surface of the droplets of water, the active species dissolve from outside of the droplets of water for treating organic materials. If the streamer discharge proceeds in the inside of the droplets of water, the active species are generated in inside and outside of the droplets of water. In this study, the proceeding route of the pulse streamer discharge in the space with droplets of water has been investigated. The results show that the propagation lengths of the pulse streamer discharge in air without droplets of water are longer than the propagation lengths of the pulse streamer discharge in air with droplets of water..
