RT duroid of dielectric constant 2.2 is selected for the designing of proposed microstrip patch antenna. To get faster speed at lower range proposed patch antenna operate at the resonating frequency of 5.8 GHz, patch antenna is modified to array structure with the aim to achieve a wider bandwidth and is designed and simulated on electromagnetic simulator IE3D.
