摘要

本文基于数字孪生技术,通过BIM、物联网和人工智能预测分析,构建电网基础设施项目规划管理平台。该平台实现了物理工程现场与虚拟工程模型的交互,打破了传统规划方法中工作分离、信息滞后的障碍,提高了规划的准确性和协调性,实现了规划过程三速率的“一体化”,进一步优化和完善了电网基础设施项目规划编制模式。
