Practice and Exploration on the Innovation of Talent Training Model of the Art and Design Professionals

The innovation-driven development strategy implemented in our country needs the support of innovative human intelligence resources, and it is the sacred duty and mission entrusted to our educators. On the basis of the research and analysis of the present situation of the art design professional education, combining with the practice and exploration of the teaching reform, the teaching mode of the innovative personnel training and how to create an innovative education atmosphere environment are studied.
