摘要

在实时视频传输过程中,网络拥塞容易影响网络视觉系统的视频质量。当机器视觉网络拥塞时,必须调整视频发送策略以应对网络环境的变化。为了解决这一问题,提出了一种基于RTCP控制消息的速率控制策略。实验结果表明,该策略能有效降低视频传输过程中数据的丢包率,适应网络承载能力,提高实时视觉信息的传输质量。
