Accordingly, the chapter provides an understanding of the use of GT in KM. 摘要

知识管理(Knowledge management, KM)是一个概念多、概念化强的新兴领域,是组织中一个重要的业务过程,由于知识的本质,它与个人紧密联系在一起。由于社会学研究主要是定性的,而知识管理包含社会学的成分,知识管理可以利用定性研究特有的方法,如扎根理论(GT)方法。因此,本章提供了在知识管理中使用GT的理解。为此,本章侧重于理解知识转化为智慧的过程,提出知识管理模型,确定知识共享的因素,从而开发知识共享的框架,确定知识管理的关键成功因素(CSFs)及其在模型中的关系。
