We find that the implementation of HRIS in an organization does have an impact and a positive one on the organization’s performance in terms of HR processes, time efficiency, information effectiveness, and decision-making effectiveness. However, we also find that HRIS implementation does not have any impact on the cost efficiency within the organization.
