摘要

提出了一种无旋转的在线手写体汉字识别方法。给定一个倾斜的在线手写字符样本,首先进行两个方向校正步骤,即根据起始点进行角度校正,根据主方向轴进行角度调整,以纠正样本的倾斜角度。然后提取8向特征,利用人工旋转样本训练的分类器对特征进行分类。在863在线汉字数据集和SCUT-COUCH数据集上的实验表明了该方法的有效性。
