Meanwhile, the uncertainty of wind power also introduces some new risks into power systems, such as line overloads. And the dynamic line rating (DLR) is recognized as a good method to mitigate the line overloads caused by wind power uncertainty and improve the integration of wind energy. To address the risk of wind power uncertainty, we in this paper propose a trilevel preventive model considering the DLR to mitigate line overloads caused by wind power uncertainty. And we also present a Bender like decomposition method to solve the tri-level optimization problem.
