摘要

本文设计了一种用于爬壁机器人平台焊缝检测的交叉结构光(CSL)传感器。检测和测量结果可以指导机器人沿焊缝移动。CSL传感器由一个CSL投影仪和一个摄像头组成。捕获的交叉激光条纹同时表示水平和垂直焊缝的凸度。该传感器采用平面目标标定。实验结果表明,该传感器能够准确获取焊缝的三维信息,测量误差很小。
