The purpose of this work is to develop an information system for the evaluation of service level for a given configuration of a logistics channel. The logistics system contains two types of business processes: transportation of finished products and storage of finished products. The topology of the agent system was analyzed and studied, and the type of agents of the logistics system was formalized. Agents were described. The method of modeling of logistics distributed system was considered. To achieve the set goals, information system that consists of two nodes (client - server) has been developed. The results of the research are presented in the form of plot of changes of service level for different variants of the logistics distribution system configuration based on the following parameters: laws of demand distribution, unidirectional acyclic graph of the logistics system. The further use of the obtained results is connected with the determination of the level of stability of the service in various emergency situations.
