摘要

本研究旨在利用多聚检测技术估计不同过敏原的特异性IgE。本研究对56种环境过敏原(食品、真菌、农业和空气过敏原)进行了特异性IgE检测。本研究发现,除Cat Ep外,4、5期年龄组男性哮喘患者的过敏原特异性IgE反应非常显著,且高度介导各种形式的超敏反应。女性在2、3、4期均出现严重过敏,除猫外。Ep。大蕉、榛子花粉。还有桤木花粉。
